Tom is delighted for the opportunity to share with you what he is very passionate about and haa been studying and practicing for years. And That is Energy, Natural life force Energy in our bodies, or Prana, that we can generate & Cultivate through the 7 energy centers of our bodies, with our breath, with the movement of our bodies, with the use of our voices, with the Energy exchange with another human being, with the magical energy of nature and with the frequency in musical instruments.

Tom draws from all of the teachings of the yogi’s who brought Bhakti, Tantra, Hatha, and the Toist energy teachings, with a deep approach to moving and using sexual energy in our everyday life, the indigenous peoples and many Modern-day teachers, to help us learn how to access the oneness of our pure source connection and open to pure love both within soul and radiant that out.

Come join himand other like-minded souls for a very wonderful experiential journey of Energizing Breath work, cultivating Heart and Brain coherence, exploring Tantric breath work, experiential kundalini yoga Kriya’s, Clearing stuck energy, that will culminate with a sound healing meditation while in deep Alpha/Theta brainwave state of Heart & Brain coherence.

This Life force journey will be held in a very intentionally crafted sacred energy container. You are invited to bring any sacred items that will help support you.

In this session want I to explore with you is a deep dive into a holotropic type of breathwork that will for sure activate the naturally occurring DimethylTryptamine DMT before we go into the sound healing bath wonderland.

As always we will have fun doing other personal energy explorations, exercises and experiences of what the body is truly capable of for healthy living and amazing vitality.
